On Friday, November 21, the RCMRD community proudly celebrated GIS Day 2025! The event brought together partners, students, & geospatial experts for a vibrant day of learning under the theme “Geo-Generalist Era – Where Spatial Meets Everything." 

The programme featured a dynamic mix of thought-provoking talks, presentations, demonstrations, and interactive sessions. Speakers covered a wide range of topics — from the evolving role of the Geo-Generalist to the ways spatial data is transforming environmental regulation.
